Iron Horse Classic

Durango - The Iron Horse Classic bicycle race - Riders will attempt to beat the train from Durango to Silverton by cycling over Coal Bank and Molas Passes on US 550. The Denver Post ran an article on the background of the classic, the fourth oldest race in the country.
