Ski Train Dates Canceled With Judge's Decision

The Grinch showed up right on time. Now, the Ski Train's 70th season is very much in doubt. Trains will not run until at least January 6th, and even that is highly unlikely.
From thedenverchannel.com,
"We remain hopeful that the Rio Grande ski train will operate in 2010," said Julie White, general manager of the Rio Grande ski train. "We share the disappointment felt by our customers, and our priority now is on helping them with information and refunds."
With the judge's decision, the local economy will suffer. Winter Park will also be robbed of train loads of guests. Irreparable losses? Oh yeah, we'll see them this season.
