Amtrak Anarchist Not Charged

Ojore Nuru Lutalo, the self-described anarchist arrested in La Junta, Colorado after being put off Amtrak's Southwest Chief for making threats and statements related to Islamic terrorism, is off the hook.
According to the AP article, an Amtrak employee reported that Lutalo had made the threats and statements. It was later discovered in a subsequent interview that Lutalo was overheard by passengers, not the employee making the charge. While there was enough evidence to arrest Lutalo, the Otero District Attorney's office determined that they couldn't prove the charges beyond reasonable doubt.
